Part-time students' new executive

The Julian Blackburn College Students' Association has elected the following executive: President - Manuela Lefranc; Vice-President - Linda Cardwell; Secretary Treasurer - Todd Jaques; Senator- Helen Wallis. The term of office is May 1 this year to April 30, 2000.
