Meri Kim Oliver, Senior Director of Student Affairs and Community Partnerships, expressed her delight at Mr. Byrick's appointment. "Bill Bryick's proven strengths in developing community partnerships make him a perfect successor to Paul Wilson," said Meri Kim Oliver. "He also brings years of experience in working with volunteers and staff, and operating facilities and programs."

Mr. Byrick's official duties begin on August 26, 2002.
