All-star volleyball action

This past Saturday, January 11, Trent University hosted the Ontario College Athletics Association Volleyball All-Star Games.

This is the first year that Trent has participated in the league. Both the men’s and women’s teams are playing well and enjoying the opportunity to play against teams from Ontario colleges and small universities.

"It was a fabulous event," said Bill Byrick, Director of Athletics at Trent. "There was great camaraderie amongst the players."

24 teams from across the province were represented Saturday with over 300 spectators taking in the action. Trent's own Kristin Kawamoto was selected Player of the Match.
