New: Indigenous Rights and Resources Governance website

The Indigenous Rights and Resource Governance (IRRG) research group is a group of faculty, students, and community members with a common interest in researching the psychosocial, political, cultural, and spiritual determinants of wellbeing for Indigenous Peoples. Our work focuses on the implementation of the United Nations Declaration of Indigenous Rights and understanding of and respect for the right to Free Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC). Developed with and for Indigenous Peoples, this website provides information and resources on FPIC as a tool of self-determination to assist communities in decision making. We have selected articles, tool kits, videos, voice messages, and community stories about FPIC and Consultation for viewing and downloading.
