U.K. Iraq Inquiry Report

The Report of the Iraq Inquiry was made public today. Commissioned by then British Prime Minister The Rt Hon Gordon Brown MP, in 2009.The report is comprised of an Executive Summary and 12 volumes of evidence. It coveres the period from when military action was first possible in 2001 up to the withdrawal of U.K. troops in 2009. The Inquiry concluded that the decision to take military action was not a last resort because diplomatic options had not been exhausted.
