Information Sessions

Year Abroad Program Information Sessions/Open Houses

Intended for students interested in participating in a structured year abroad, Year Abroad Program Information Sessions (or "Open Houses") are informal presentations featuring videos, artifacts and pictures, with former participants and program directors available to answer questions concerning the Ecuador and Ghana Year Abroad Programs. Light refreshments are served; everyone is welcome!

Information on Year Abroad Programs is also available from the Department of International Development Studies Office. The IDS Resource Room (CC-H13) contains a library of information on the programs, including work placement reports. There are also books and other materials on Ecuador and the Andean Region of South America.

TISEP Fair

In addition, the Trent International Study and Exchange Program (TISEP) Fair is held annually, usually at the beginning of the academic year. Organized in co-operation with the Ontario Work/Study Abroad Network, the Fair allows students learn more about various opportunities for international study and exchange.
