TA Training Certificate Program

Graduate students are invited to participate in a complimentary program called the "Teaching Assistant Training Certificate Program." This program provides a core set of workshops that have been developed to boost graduate students' confidence in the classroom, and to equip them with skills and strategies to effectively fulfill their roles as teaching assistants.  A Certificate of Completion will be issued by the Office of Graduate Studies after 12 hours of training is completed; up to three hours of this training may come from discipline-specific workshops. Your attendance at the TA training workshops is recorded using sign-in sheets; please make sure you sign an attendance sheet for each workshop you complete.
