 Educational TechnologyClickers (student response systems) In September 2006, the University began using the i<clicker system, based on a recommendation from a selection committee. i<clicker has been established as the university's designated student response system. Trent University subscribes to Blackboard's Learning System. Instructors interested in utilizing this learning management system platform in their teaching are asked to contact Information Technology. The Disability Services Office employs Adaptive Technologists to work with students in the Learning Integration Program. The Adaptive Technologists work one-on-one with students to instruct them on the best use of adaptive technologies for learning. Instructors interested in learning about adaptive technology are asked to contact Disability Services. |
