Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are provided in the public residence areas five days a week (Monday-Friday). Students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their personal space (bedroom, and bathroom for Gzowski students). Residence rooms are vacuumed by Housekeeping staff during both Reading Weeks and over the winter holidays, provided that the floor is cleared. If you do not wish to have your room vacuumed please leave a note on your door for staff.
Common Room space is cleaned by Housekeeping staff, however students are expected to pick up after themselves.
Maintenance
Maintenance is provided to the residence by the College Porter and Physical Resources. If you need to report a maintenance problem please let your College Porter know or email fixit@trentu.ca. It is also helpful to let your Student Don know about the problem (depending on its severity – they probably don’t need to know your light bulb burnt out) so that they can follow up with you.
