Residence Support Staff

Along with the 1250 students that will build and share your campus residence community, there are several student and professional staff who live in your community to support you.

Dons are upper-year student leaders experienced and trained in a residence  setting and are selected each year to work in residence. These students provide support and programming to the smaller communities.

College Residence Life Coordinators (CRLCs) are live-in professional staff who provide support to all residence students, supervise the Dons, enforce residence policies, offer information on university resources and encourage student growth and development.

As College Residence Life Coordinators we focus on providing the best possible environment for living and learning. We work with our residents to generate social and educational programs that are fun, interesting, and that meet the needs of the students living in our college communities. We act as advisors to students and to student government in a variety of ways with the aim of assisting them with personal development, community development, and character development. We are full time, live-in student affairs and housing professionals specializing in student learning outside the classroom and helping students to transition from life at home to life at university.
