If you are currently a student in the Ontario secondary school system you should apply using the forms available from the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). Students in schools with inter-net access are usually encouraged to register online.

In other cases, OUAC application forms will likely be available at your school.

Current out-of-province students:
Application forms are available from the Ontario Universities' Application Centre. They can also be obtained by writing the Registrar's Office of Trent University. Official transcripts must accompany your application. Applicants from other Canadian provinces can consult "Find Yourself at Trent" (a booklet available from the Registrar's Office and online). It provides a chart that describes the course requirements for the Forensic Science program within the secondary school curriculum in each province.
