2011 Academic Year Refund Schedule

Full-Time Peterborough Students

Students paying full-time Peterborough fees and dropping courses but still carry a full-time load (3.5 credits or more) do not receive a refund. Full-time students dropping to a part-time course load on or before November 9, 2011 and who remain part-time thru April 30, 2012 will be refunded fees according to the effective date and the schedule below. Refunds will not be issued until after the last date to register in winter courses (January 27, 2012).

Withdrawal

Students dropping all courses or withdrawing from Trent University on or before September 28, 2011 will forfeit the non-refundable tuition deposit. After September 28, 2011, refund of tuition fees will be calculated according to the effective withdrawal date and the above schedule.
