  • 1996, March 4 - 1st Issue of "The Round Table" published. Student Newspaper. Dan Gunn Publisher
  • 1997, March 20 - Released at a public meeting: Final report : Arthurs/Lorimer external review of Administration. Board strikes committee to appoint an acting president and vice-president to begin in July, Arthurs and Lorimer are facilitators for the committee. v. 27, no.13 Fortnightly

  • 1968, January 27 - The Great Walk to Curve Lake aka Hike for Hundreds.  97-019/34 - 27: Vanier Seminar, 1990-1992, includes a photograph and some correspondence re: the Great Walk from Trent to Curve Lake (1967 or 1968)
  • 1997, January 31 - MNR relocates 14 scientists and technicians to temporary space on campus.  New construction begins on a labs in the ESC to accommodate the MNR on a 15 year lease which is expected to recoop Trent's costs by 2012.
  • 1994, January - Joint Fleming/Trent program in Museum Studies, starts.
