Dearest Cakes:

This is my second day at C.C. Arrived here last night from Houston and gave my address on the Titanic. Hospitality is immense as it was five years ago. I have a nice room in the Driscoll. I leave here Wednesday morning (not Thursday as I hitherto imagined), so I ought to be in Toronto Friday. I am also dropping a line to Mother and Nellie (217 Ocean Ave. Brooklyn). That's correct, isn't it? I have put on 3 pounds since I came. There's a meal every two hours. You won't recognize me.
