Dear Ella:

Macmillans have just sent me a clipping from the Spectator with the familiar E.J.R. at the end. You have always been a dear friend to me for many years and this last review was most refreshing & heartening. The Collected Edition is going extremely well and there are good prospects of a market in the USA when Alfred A. Knopf brings out the American issue in the spring.

I haven't hear from you for a long time. How are you anyway? Still at the same journalistic job. I am doing about the same chores as you may see by the heading of this letter. Up to my neck in lecturing and not much time for writing.

God bless you,
Ned Pratt
