My good old Lorne:

I am sorry that I was not in my office yesterday. Hence I missed the chance of seeing your refined mug.

Macmillans are bringing out my Dunkirk next week. I hope you will like it. I gave a section to C.G.D. for his anthology; and I shall send you a complimentary copy as soon as the poem is off the press.

Affectionately
Ned Pratt
