Dr R.J. Evans,
President,
Brandon College
Brandon, Man.

Dear Dr Evans:

Mr Desmond Pacey, a graduate of the University of Toronto, is applying for a lectureship at Brandon College and he has asked me to support his application.

Pacey is at present attending Cambridge University, England, and he is anxious to enter the academic life in Canada. He is an exceptionally brilliant student with a record of scholarships and prizes at Victoria College and I am sure he would be a credit to any educational institution. His research at Cambridge has been one of distinction earning the highest commendation from his tutors. He is a man of fine character and impressive personality.

His address is 76 Chesterton Road, Cambridge, Eng.

Yours sincerely,
E.J. Pratt
