Dear Mr Bothwell,

Thank you ever so much for that review in the Saskatoon paper and the 'Saskatchewan Teacher.' I very warmly appreciate it, – and you. It could not have been done better. You caught the spirit I intended to convey, and one of the greatest pleasures I have is to feel that I have won the appreciation of men of your type, with your culture & scholarship. I only wish I could see more of you. Hughie Eayrs talks about you incessantly – I feel that you have the 'Stag spirit.'

I admired your editorials in the 'Teacher.' You seem to be the life of the literary world out West. If you ever come to Toronto, would you look me up?

Yours affectionately
Ned Pratt
