INTRODUCTION TO

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness has been found to be

helpful in terms of stress

reduction, leading to an improved

sense of well-being.

 

A workshop is being offered

where students will learn

what mindfulness is about

and experience mindfulness

meditation practices

including body scan, mindful

yoga and sitting meditation.
