 Location Trent University is located on a 580 ha campus on the northern boundary of the City of Peterborough (population 67,000) on the Otonabee River and the Trent Severn Waterway, which connects Port Severn, Ontario with Trenton, Ontario. It is close to numerous lakes, streams, forests and marshes, that constitute an ideal field laboratory and an important natural resource. It is also within easy reach of the cities of Toronto and Ottawa. The Biology Department Office is located in the Environmental Sciences Centre at Trent University. Contact Information: During regular daily operations of Trent University the Biology Department hours of service are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
