SPRING PROGRAMS START APRIL 2
Spring fitness programs get underway starting April 2. Spaces are still available in all programs, including Aquafit, Kids Dance, Outdoor Walking Groups, Learn to Fence, Judo, Squash and more. The TCSRC boasts a new 12,000 sq. ft. cardio loft and weight room. Our bright, modern fitness centre is filled with brand new state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, including 60 pieces of new cardio equipment. From elliptical trainers and bikes to treadmills, rowing machines, and even a Jacob’s Ladder, we have it all. The cardio loft also boasts a large stretching area complete with medicine balls, body bars, hand weights, mats and stability balls. In the weight room you have access to everything from machine weights to free weights. While working out, you can listen to music, tune in to the flat screen televisions or take in the picturesque views of the Otonabee River from two levels.
Fitness Consultation and Orientation

New to the gym and not sure where to start? Make an appointment with one of our certified personal trainers for a free consultation and fitness consultation. During the consultation, a personal trainer will work with you to determine your individual fitness needs and goals and design a plan to help you reach those goals. Orientation to the cardio and weight equipment will help ensure that you understand how to use the equipment safely and effectively. At any time, our fitness attendants are available to answer questions or provide instruction on how to use the cardio and weight equipment.
