Facility Bookings

Many of Trent Community Sport & Recreation Centre's state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor facilities are available to rent at a competitive price. Facilities include the gymnasium, Justin Chiu Stadium, fitness studios, beach volleyball courts, playing fields, Allan Marshall Pool, and more.

How to Make a Booking at the Athletics Centre

Complete the required Athletics Facility Booking Request Form. Send the completed form to acbookings@trentu.ca, fax to   (705) 748-1447, or drop it off in person to the Athletics Centre.


2012 Facility Booking Rates

Gym

Rate:

  • $75/hour (full gym)
  • $50/hour (half gym)

Pool with Guards

Rate:

  • $94.50/hour (max. 20 swimmers)
  • $110/hour (21-59 swimmers)
  • $126/hour (60-79 swimmers)
  • $157.50/hour (100+ swimmers)

Note: For school rentals, school board lessons, multiple bookings or group rates for parties, please contact the Aquatics Supervisor at 748-1432

Fitness Studios

Rate:

  • $40/hour
  • 10 or more Bookings of 1 hour or any Booking greater than 10 hours:
    $36/hour

East Bank Natural Grass Field
100m x 160m unlit

Rate:

  • $35/hour
  • 10 or more Bookings of 1 hour or any Booking greater than 10 hours:
    $25/hour

Beach Volleyball Court

Rate:

  • $20/hour (2 courts)
  • 10 or more Bookings of 1 hour or any Booking greater than 10 hours:
    $15/hour

Note: All rates are subject to 13% HST. (Please advise if your group is GST Exempt.)

Regular Operating Hours

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 11:00pm
Saturday/Sunday 8:00am – 10:00pm

Booking requests for facilities outside of regular operating hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional staffing costs may apply.

Pool Schedule: Please note that additional swimming times are available during the March Break. Please call 748-1432 for details.

* Press Box and Score Clock rentals require 1/2 hour for set-up and tear-down. This hour will be added to booking times.
