How to Sign Up

Teams

  • Designate a Captain and an Assistant Captain.
  • Pick up a team roster form from the AC Reception Desk or the Campus Rec Bulletin Board in the AC main entrance.
  • All captains or designates must attend the Captain’s meeting for the sport they are playing.
  • Complete the team roster, including names, student numbers, signatures, and phone numbers. These items are mandatory
    for player eligibility.
  • Return the completed team roster with the required performance bond and sport fee to the Campus Rec Office
    before the deadline. Most sports have limited enrollment so
    sign up early!!
  • Note:Team names (offensive names will not be accepted) and
    uniforms are subject to approval by the Campus Rec
    Coordinator. Be sure to register early, as spaces are limited. Team registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Sport fees and performance bonds can be paid by cash, or cheque only.

Individuals (Free Agents)

  • Individuals without a team are encouraged to find teams through their college Athletic Reps. If you cannot find a team on your own, contact the Campus Rec Office to be added to the free agent list, which is distributed to all team captains.
  • It is up to the discretion of team captains to pick up additional players. While we try our best to find you a team there is no guarantee that all free agents will be picked up by teams.
