Media Collection: Finding Trent Media

TOPCAT

You can locate media items when you do a 'Browse' or 'Keyword' search. However, this will retrieve records for audiovisual material as well as books, maps, etc.

You may want to use the feature instead. From the main search screen, click on the Power Search icon. Enter your search term(s) and select Audio-Visual as the format.

Each media collection record provides the title, producers, public performance rights information, brief description, call number and location.

NOTE: Motion Pictures (16mm films) are listed in TOPCAT and are available to borrow, but Trent Media Services no longer supports the technology for this format.

Once you've found the media you need, you can book it.
