Online Renewal of Library Material |
|
How to Renew Material Online:
- Go to the Trent Library homepage at http://www.trentu.ca/library.
- From here you can click on Renew Books,
- OR click on TOPCAT and then "My Account".
- You will be asked to input your
library card number and PIN.
- Your library card number is the
13-digit number that appears below the barcode on your student/staff card (Campus Card).
- Your PIN is the last four digits of your student/staff number.
- For External Borrowers, the PIN is the last four digits of your library card number.
- Click on the boxes that appear next to the items you wish to renew.
- Click on the RENEW ITEMS button. If items have been successfully
renewed, the due date will change to
two weeks from today's date (or the extended loan period for faculty/staff/grad).
- Make certain that all items were renewed. If any items were not eligible for renewal, they won't be renewed. (See reasons, below.)
- Note the new due date. You can always check this later in My Account, by choosing "Review My Account".
Please note that renewed items are subject to recall.
