Description
|
The OECD (Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development) consists of 30 member countries committed to democracy and the market economy. It serves to:
- provide statistics and economic and social data,
- analyze and forecast economic development, and
- research social changes and evolving patterns in trade, environment, agriculture, technology, fiscal policy and more.
See more information about the organization on the OECD website.
SourceOECD is an online subscription-based resource that provides a single e-library offering online
access to OECD books, reports, annuals, working papers, loose-leaf binders, periodicals and databases. SourceOECD comprises 20 thematic book collections, 24 periodicals, 3 reference titles, and 24 OECD
statistical databases – all in full text.
Statistical annuals and periodicals are available as e-books in PDF format. The annuals are included in the
appropriate book themes; the periodicals are available individually. In addition to these ‘ready-made-table’ publications, SourceOECD offers access to the complete databases in an interactive way. This allows users to
build their own tables from the latest available data, online, in real time.
The interactive databases are presented using the Beyond 20/20 software. This is easy to use and requires
no plug-ins or special licenses. Users can build their own tables and then export them in .csv or Excel
formats, as well as in Beyond 20/20’s .ivt format.
(from the website)
Over 2,000 books from this collection are also added to TOPCAT with links to the online book.
