We subscribe to over 7,000 e-book titles through NetLibrary, in conjuction with COOL (Consortium of Ontario Libraries). Because the COOL group includes University, College, School, and Public libraries, the books included in the collection cover a broad range of subjects and reading levels, and include titles that would not normally be found in a University Library.

All titles from NetLibrary have been added to TOPCAT, so that you will find them with any general search of our library catalogue. You can also connect to NetLibrary directly and search for books using the search engine, or browse through the list of titles. Find a link to NetLibrary on our E-Resouces page and in TOPCAT.

Access Limitations
NetLibrary books are restricted to one user at a time. Any book which has been inactive for 15 minutes is automatically returned to the group.

Viewing
You can view a book one page at a time by clicking on "View this E-Book". Choose a page to read from the Table of Contents, go through it a page at a time, or search the full text to find pages on your topic. At the top right of each page there are navigation symbols to go to a particular page or move to the Next or Previous page. Click on the orange arrow to expand the text to the whole page or to bring back the menu frame.

Printing
You can print a page at a time using the "File, Print" option. There is no option for printing or saving several pages at once.

Create Account
If you want to create an account for yourself, you can keep a list of favourite books to return to later.
