Additions 98-005 Stewart family books Frances' letters were published by her daughter as "Our Forest Home: Being Extracts from the Correspondence of the Late Frances Stewart / compiled and edited by her daughter E.S. Dunlop." Toronto : Printed by the Presbyterian printing and Publishing Co., 1889. This edition is notorious for being heavily edited by Ellen. The substance and tone of many of the letters were altered and it is interesting to compare Our Forest Home with the original letters in Trent University Archives.
