Symons Campus, Bata Library: 1st floor, opposite the elevator doors. Public transportation to Trent University is available (click here for routes, schedules, and services). Parking is available in a pay-and-display lot near the library steps (click here for parking regulations and fees).

Hours:

As we are sometimes closed for meetings, classes, etc. during our normal hours of operation, we ask researchers to please contact the Archives (archives@trentu.ca) and make an appointment to ensure access.

Our normal hours of operation are as follows:

May 2012
Monday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed 1/2 hour at 12:30 p.m.)
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
EXCEPTIONs:
May 30: open 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

June - August 2012
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed 1/2 hour at 12:30 p.m.)
EXCEPTIONS:
June 7: open 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (closed afternoon)

September 2012
Regular hours to resume.

We will try to assist researchers who cannot come to the Archives in person and who have contacted us by mail or e-mail, but, we cannot undertake detailed genealogical research or any other intensive research work. There are researchers who, for a fee, will come in to the Archives and research on behalf of the person making the inquiry.
