Report myLearningSystem Missing Course(s)

myLearningSystem sites for FALL 2009 courses will not appear until:

3 Business Days before the start of the course.
Winter 2010 course sites will not appear until January 6, 2010.

NOT ALL COURSES AT TRENT USE THE LEARNING SYSTEM; Sites are only created for Instructors who request them.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL AFTER YOUR FIRST CLASS TO SUBMIT THIS REPORT.

If you are unable to find a course you are enrolled in on your myLearningSystem/WebCT list, first ensure that you are properly registered for the course by checking your status on the myAcademicRecord link in the student portal, myTrent. If registered, you should then check if the course is using the Learning System by checking the list of available courses at the course list page.

You cannot add a for-credit course to your myLearningSystem (WebCT) list yourself -- to add a non-credit course, please consult this link.

If you have only recently registered for a course via myTrent, please allow 24 hours for the course to appear on your myLearningSystem (WebCT) list before submitting this report. A Student/Course UPLOAD is performed each morning until after the add/drop date is passed.


I know for sure that I am OFFICIALLY REGISTERED in a course that is using the Learning System this term (check at Learning System Course List) AND (check your registrations at myTrent/myAcademicRecord).	* YES NO
Pay special attention to the Location of your course -- OSH means 'Oshawa', PTBO means 'Peterborough' and they represent different courses.

I realize that my Instructor can also add this course to my course list, and that I should ask my Instructor first, especially if I'm not QUITE registered officially yet. You'll need to provide your instructor with your TrentNet ID in order for them to add you to their course.	* YES NO

I realize that if my course is not listed in the "Learning System/WebCT Course List" that it is likely not using the Learning System, and I should not submit this request. The course list is 99.9% accurate.	* YES NO

I realize that Learning System/WebCT courses will NOT be added to my myLearningSystem List automatically if I am only on the "waiting list". If you are requesting a course for which you are on the waiting list, don't submit this report.	* YES NO

I realize that it may take up to 24 hours before a course I've just registered for in myAcademicRecord will appear on my myLearningSystem (WebCT) list. Please wait for 24 hours Monday-Friday after registering in a course before submitting this report as it will likely then appear automatically.	* YES NO
