To add a self registering course in myLearningSystem:

• LOG OUT of myLearningSystem FIRST. This is CRITICAL. When logging out of myLearningSystem, be sure to use the "Logout" link in the top right corner -- don't just close your browser window if you've been logged in recently.
  
  Once you choose a quicklink below, use the 'refresh' button TWICE on your browser until your screen confirms that you're registering for the specific course. It must look somewhat like this:

• Go to www.trentu.ca/mls. Choose 'Login' from the left menu or click on the learningSystem Logo. IF you get a "sesssion already running" error, then you have NOT logged out of myLearningSystem yet. Please do so and then continue.
• Click the View Course List button on the login page as shown:

• Click 1Courses that may allow self-enrollment OR Intranets Categories where most self-registration sites exist.
  
  
  
  

• Open the "Title" that likely contains the site you're looking for by clicking on the green triangle to its left.
  
  Look for a "man with a green plus sign" register icon to the right of the course for the self-registration link. Click the Register icon

• Fill in your learningSystem/Trentnet/Netmail username and password (your TrentNet/email address without the @trentu.ca part)
• Please note: You must have a learningSystem account to self register for a course
• If you do not have a learningSystem account please send an email to

• A successful registration will give you this dialogue
