Terms and Conditions:
This service requires an advance reservation. You may request service through our website two or more days in advance by providing us with your travel and payment details. We will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your reservation or advise you to seek other transportation options.
Your credit card will not be charged until your reservation is confirmed; however, a pre-authorization will be used to guarantee funds in anticipation of a successful reservation.
All fares quoted on this website are in CAN$, include GST, and reflect 48-hour advance booking notice. Reservations made less than 48 hours from departure will be charged at a premium rate and are only available by calling our office at 800-465-5987.
Passengers are responsible for contacting the reservations office by phone in the event that their travel plans change.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Children under the age of 5 travel free with parents.
Car seats are available at no extra charge – please call our office to make arrangements.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for customers traveling from our Webber/Simcoe offices.
Pets are only permitted in private vans.
Additional charges will apply for extra luggage.
