- Arrive in Peterborough: Airport Arrangements (Airport Arrangements are to be made by the individuals attending the conference.)
- Check-in to the Holiday Inn Peterborough Accommodations
- 3pm to 5pm Registration packages will be available from at the hotel as well as at the evening reception
- 4pm to 6:30pm "Medieval Barbeque" For those who would like to get together for an informal dinner, we invite any delegates arriving in Peterborough by mid-afternoon on Thursday to a "Medieval Barbeque" hosted by Professors Ivana and Martin Elbl of the History Department at their home (friendly cats and dogs are part of the establishment).
- The address and directions will be available in the registration packages of from Ivana Elbl by email (ielbl@trentu.ca). Please, let Ivana know of any dietary or other concenrs. They will be accommodated as long as we have advance notice. Please RSVP directly to Ivana Elbl (ielbl@trentu.ca) and copy to Lori Johnston (conferences@trentu.ca).
- If you prefer, you may have dinner on your own before the reception (Restaurant Information)
- 7p.m. to 9p.m. Reception at the Peterborough Arts Umbrella with informal concert by ("Hurly Burly "), 8p.m. to 8:30p.m.
