Thursday September 21, 2006

  • Arrive in Peterborough: Airport Arrangements (Airport Arrangements are to be made by the individuals attending the conference.)
  • Check-in to the Holiday Inn Peterborough Accommodations
  •  3pm to 5pm       Registration packages will be available from at the hotel as well as at the evening reception
  • 4pm to 6:30pm   Dinner An informal dinner is being offered from hosted by Professors Ivana and Martin Elbl at their home (details to follow shortly) or if you prefer, you may have dinner on your own before the reception  (Restaurant Information)
  • 7p.m. to 9p.m.     Reception at the Peterborough Arts Umbrella with informal concert by ("Hurly Burly "), 8p.m. to 8:30p.m.

Friday September 22, 2006

  • Breakfast (on own):         Holiday Inn or Restaurant Information
  • 8:30a.m. to 10:00 a.m.   Executive Meeting, Wilson Reading room, Traill College
  • 10a.m. to 11:30a.m.       Hutchison house tour and Tea: Visit Hutchison House Website
  • Noon to 1p.m.                  Lunch at Traill PDR
  • 1p.m. to 1:45p.m.            Annual General Meeting, Traill Lecture Hall
  • 1:45p.m.                           Break
  • 2:00p.m. to 4:30p.m.      Conference Papers and Presentations, Traill Lecture Hall

  • Noon to 1:15p.m.           Lunch in Room 107.1
  • 1:30p.m. to 4:30p.m.     Bus Tour to Petroglyphs Petroglyphs Website,
  • 5:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.    Lakeside dinner at the Irwin Inn.
  • 8 pm                                Return to Holiday Inn
