Teacher Candidate Information Form
Fill out your online Teacher Candidate Information Form at www.trentu.ca/tcinformation

Tuition Payment
Submit your non-refundable tuition payment.
- $300 for full-time students
- $100 for part-time students

Official Final Transcripts
Transcripts must indicate completion of degree requirements and completion of all courses, which are counted towards teachable subjects (Intermediate/Senior candidates only).
Must be submitted through OUAC for Ontario Universities or mailed directly from issuing institution outside of Ontario.

Disclosure of Police Record
All Teacher Candidates are required to obtain and submit one original copy of their Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) dated no earlier than May 1, 2013.
Please do not proceed to obtain your Vulnerable Sector Check until you respond to the offer of admission. Upon accepting your offer of admission the correct forms to obtain the Vulnerable Sector Check will be mailed to you.

Tuberculosis Test Record
