Grad Students: The summer is a great time to get some of your own writing done. The ASC can help you "Get It Done" with a thesis workshop and both one-on-one and online appointments available May through August.Get It Done: Approaches to Writing Your Masters Thesis or MRPWednesday, June 6, 2012 Click here to register Traill College, Wallis Hall 102 10am-12pm This interdisciplinary workshop is designed for students in a range of humanities and social science programs including Public Texts, Canadian Studies, History, and Theory, Culture, Politics. It will introduce the major stages of writing a thesis, suggest techniques for meeting the challenges associated with each of these stages, and explore how to develop support networks to provide feedback and assistance with your work . Depending on student interest, we will schedule a future workshop to discuss chapters, proposals, or outlines submitted by volunteers. The workshop is contingent upon student interest. Students Please Note: The ASC Is now "Scent Free"Perfume, aftershave, and other heavily-scented products contain chemicals that can cause discomfort to or adversely affect the health of those who are sensitive to them or who suffer from allergies, asthma or migraines.
