Pre-registration is required to ensure proper ratios are met for caregivers and children. This year we will be able to care for children of ages 12 and Under.
Please note all childcare events and activities will take place at Holiday Inn for the entire weekend, with the exception of Saturday evening. A performance will take place that evening at Nozhem Theatre at Trent University. No childcare will be available at that time. Childcare will be available on Saturday and Sunday during the normal hours of the symposium (8:30am-5:00pm Sat) and (8:30am-2:00pm Sun)
Please dress your child for a mix of indoor and outdoor activities depending on the weather.
Volunteers who have met requirements under the Protection of Vulnerable Persons act will provide childcare. We ask that you provide a separate form for each child who will be in our care.
Save the PDF that opens to your hard drive. That way you will have it available to fill out when you need it. Reminder: we need one form per child.

Refund Policy: refunds will be available up until March 8, 2012. No refunds will be issued after that date. However, another person may attend in the place of the person who originally registered, provided notification of the substitution is faxed prior the Symposium.
