Refund Policy:
Refunds will be available up until February 15, 2011. For credit cards and cheques a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be in effect.. No refunds will be issued after this date. However, another person may attend in the place of the person who originally registered, provided notification of the substitution is faxed as notice prior to the conference.
